Terms & Conditions

  1. The total price is the amount agreed between the Booking Secretary and the Promoter.

  2. The deposit amount will be determined by WSB according to the details of the event.

  3. Payment should be made in advance of the event via bank transfer or cheque. Alternatively if this is not possible, please hand payment to a band representative on the day of the event.

  4. Whilst the WSB will use its best endeavours to attend the event, or provide an alternative band, should the WSB be prevented from doing so for any reason outside its control (including sickness or mechanical breakdown) the WSB shall not incur any liability for its non attendance.

  5. The Promoter will provide adequate supervision of all guests, customers or staff at the venue and will be liable for any loss of or damage to WSB equipment, caused by guests’ customers or staff.

  6. Where possible the Promoter will provide facilities where band members may leave equipment during the performance.

  7. The WSB personnel will conduct themselves in a proper manner throughout their attendance at the venue and will respond to the Promoter’s request as to the location of the Band and equipment and / or any reasonable request.

  8. Where appropriate chairs without arms must be provided for players. The Band can provide these for an extra £30 if required.

  9. Outdoor Events: Shelter must be provided in adverse weather.

  10. Any expenses incurred due to non clearance of cheques are the responsibility of the Promoter.
