Wantage Percussion Academy

Wantage Percussion Academy was created as a group to support percussionists of all ages and abilities to develop their skills and help with their active role in a brass band. Years on from its formation, and with the same core group of players, this ensemble rehearse and perform music from pop to rock, classical to film.
 
Our band hall is equipped with a full orchestral suite of percussion including timpani, marimba, vibraphone, tubular bells, multiple drum kits and vast amounts of auxiliary percussion.

Having all these instruments at our fingertips means the group can experiment with new sounds and put on the most brilliant performances at our concerts.
