    Wantage Concert Brass will be entertaining the crowds at the 40th Annual challenge event with their conductor Calum Macdonald.

    A Mixed band will feature in the parade around the market square prior to the opening ceremony.

  • Grove & Wantage Extravaganza

    Wantage Community Brass provide the entertainment for this annual family event led by their conductor Simon Handley.

  • Brass on the Grass

    Join all seven bands at Wantage Silver Band for a fun filled afternoon and evening of music. There will be cream teas, hot drinks, a bar and BBQ to feed your appetite. Inside, we will have visiting music and local retailers as well as craft stalls.

    Wantage Big Band with their director Sara Wallbridge will round off the the day at 7pm with an exciting set of music for you all to enjoy. Bring your dancing shoes and grab a drink from the bar!

  • Summer Concert

    Academy Brass with their conductor Nikki Jones return to St Michael's church with special guests Oxfordshire Youth Brass conducted by Judith Atkins.

  • Newbury Bandstand

    Wantage band with conductor David Hirst travel to Newbury to perform on the Victoria Park bandstand.

  • Witney Carnival

    A Mixed band will feature in the grand procession through the centre of the town.

  • Brass Extravaganza!

    Wantage Band return to the Cornerstone for an evening of brass band favourites featuring their top soloists and widely acclaimed Musical Director Paul Holland.

    The band are now ranked #31 in the brass band championship world rankings and are without doubt the best brass band in Oxfordshire. They will be joined by the newly formed and hugely talented Oxfordshire Youth Brass and their Musical Director Judith Atkins.

  • BBC Countryfile Live

    Described by John Craven as the best country fair in the world!, a mixed band will return to the village green bandstand to perform at this iconic country show.

  • Annual Concert/Awards Ceremony

    An afternoon and evening not to be missed with Wantage Silver band, featuring performances from all seven bands plus a massed band finale. Refreshments available.

    The Awards Ceremony will follow the annual concert commencing at 7:30p.m. with music from the Wantage Big Band led by conductor Sara Wallbridge. Tickets for the Awards Ceremony only are priced at £8.
