Leamington Spa Contest

'B' Band travelled to Leamington again this year, to play Philip Sparke's difficult "Triptych" in the 4th section of the West Midlands Brass Bands Association contest.
With 9 bands competing, they did well to come 4th, while being somewhat disappointed not to pick up one of the first 3 prizes. This was Sam Chapman's last contest with 'B' Band, having now moved up to 'A', but the band is pleased to see Emma King returning after maternity leave.

Our 'A' Band competes in the prestigious Championship Section of the National Brass Band Championships of Great Britain.
